CartPerks privacy policy

CartPerks processes information needed to install, operate, secure, and support the app for Shopify merchants.

Information we process

We process the shop domain, Shopify shop identifier, shop name, merchant contact email, OAuth session information, CartPerks settings, cart analytics events, and information submitted in support requests. We do not sell personal information.

How information is used

Information is used to provide store-specific app functionality, maintain authentication, save merchant configuration, display app analytics, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and answer support requests.

Storage and sharing

App data is stored using service providers needed to operate CartPerks, including database, email, and infrastructure providers. Information is shared only as needed to deliver these services, comply with law, or protect the app and its users.

Retention and deletion

Installation status may be retained for operational records. Store and customer data covered by Shopify privacy requests is processed through Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks and deleted or anonymized when required.
