CartPerks terms of service

Effective September 1, 2026

These terms govern a merchant's use of CartPerks. By installing or using the app, the merchant agrees to these terms and Shopify's applicable terms and policies.

Service

CartPerks provides configurable cart, reward, gift, upsell, and analytics features for Shopify stores. Merchants are responsible for reviewing their configuration, storefront content, discounts, products, and legal obligations before enabling features for buyers.

Acceptable use

The app must not be used unlawfully, deceptively, to interfere with Shopify, or to violate the rights of buyers or third parties.

Availability

We work to keep CartPerks reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change to improve security, compatibility, or compliance.

Termination

Merchants may stop using CartPerks by uninstalling it. Access may be suspended for misuse, security threats, or violations of these terms.
